Women's Golf in 11th after day one of DIII Classic

LAKE CITY, Minn. (Blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's golf team is in 11th place after round one of the Division III Classic, held at The Jewel Golf Course.

UW-Eau Claire recorded a team score of 342 (+54), while Carleton College is in first with a 313 (+25).

Allison Chomniak (Jr. – Pewaukee, WI/Arrrowhead) and Ashli Stolen (Jr. – Stoughton, WI) lead the way, tallying 81's (+9) to finish the day tied for 24th.

Molly Lattery (Sr. – Poplar, WI/Northwestern) and Megan Glaeser (Fr. – Freedom, WI/Fox Valley Lutheran) are tied for 59th, recording scores of 90.
