COON RAPIDS, Minn. (Blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's golf team took seventh place at the Minnesota State Invitational Saturday to kick off the spring season.

Results

The Blugolds finished Saturday's round with a team score of 365, bringing their final team total to 706. Minnesota State-Mankato won the tournament with a 624.

Molly Lattery (Jr.-Poplar, WI/Northwestern) led the way with a 92, bringing her two-round total to 172 and taking home 25^th place.

Katie Moore (Sr.-Woodbury, MN) followed with an 88 (175) to finish 27^th while Allison Chomniak (So.-Pewaukee, WI/Arrowhead) was one stroke behind her, finishing with a 176 to take 28^th place.

Hallie Hancock (Jr. – Eau Claire, WI/North) trimmed 11 strokes off her first round score to finish Saturday with an 87 (185) and was 35^th overall.

Abbie Ter Maat (Fr. – Stevens Point, WI/SPASH) turned in a final score of 200 to finish 43^rd.

The Blugolds will be back in action Saturday, April 22 where they will compete at the Royal Match at the Deer Run Golf Club in Victoria, Minn.
