Sally Linzmeier begins her fourth season working with the Blugold women’s basketball team after a highly decorated playing career at UW-Superior.

Sally ranks as the all-time scoring leader at UW-Superior and she was honored as a two-time All-American by the WBCA and D3Hoops.com and the Player of the Year in the WIAC.  She led the UW-Superior team to the first conference title in school history and she also served as a four-year captain.  Sally’s jersey was hung in the Ring of Honor at the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame in Knoxville, TN following her senior year for her outstanding play.  She was also 3 sport letter-winner at UW-Superior participating in basketball, softball and soccer while majoring in Math Education.

Sally currently teaches Math at Chippewa High School and she is originally from Valders, Wisconsin.
