EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Blugold.com) - The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Softball team will be hosting Mr. Richard Schenck, from Hitting Illustrated, on Friday and Saturday, September 15th and 16th.
A Parent/Coaches clinic will be held Friday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM in the Venice Room at the Holiday Inn South, 4751 Owen Ayers Ct., in Eau Claire.
A players clinic will be held Saturday afternoon from 2:00-4:00 PM at the Blugold Softball Field at the Bollinger Recreation Complex on West MacArthur in Eau Claire.
Richard is a professional hitting instructor who works with dozens of professional hitters from the pros through the minor leagues. His most famous current student is New York Yankee's outfielder, Aaron Judge. Richard has studied the high-level swing as few others have.
The events are open to both baseball and softball parents, youth, high school and college coaches along with players of all ages - from tee ball through college - to participate in this one-of-a-kind opportunity.
