The six-team event will be held May 1-3 with the winner receiving the conference's automatic NCAA bid. UW-Whitewater will be the second seed, while UW-Oshkosh (28-10, 12-4 WIAC) is the third seed and UW-La Crosse (26-12, 11-5) the fourth seed. UW-Stout (15-23, 7-9 WIAC) is seeded fifth and UW-River Falls (20-20, 6-10 WIAC) is seeded sixth.

All games will be played at Gelein Field in Carson Park. Fans are asked to use the Lake Street entrance to Carson Park due to the Eau Claire Marathon. Daily admission tickets will be available at the gate beginning one hour prior to the start of the first game of the day. Tournament action will begin on Friday, May 1 at 10 a.m. with the Blugolds taking on UW-River Falls. For the complete schedule, visit the WIAC Softball Championship Website.
