Members Jake Pientok (So.-Whitehall, WI), Cory White (Sr.-Tomah, WI), Jimmy Paske (So.-Minnetonka, MN/Hopkins) and Thurgood Dennis (Sr.-Allouez, WI/Green Bay Notre Dame) finished sixth overall in the College Division of the 4 x 100-meter relay setting a new school record in the process of 41.07 seconds.  The time breaks the previous school record of 41.17 seconds set by Pete Balistrieri, Eric Burrell, Ty Prosa and Dan Kelner on May 23, 1990 in Naperville, Illinois.

Dennis also competed in the University/College Division finals of the 100-meter dash where he finished third in a time of 10.48 seconds.  Dennis' time was the fastest non-NCAA Division I time posted in the finals.

Roger Steen (Sr.-Luck, WI) finished sixth in the University/College Division shot put finals with a toss of 59-11.25 feet (18.27 meters).  The throw was Steen's second farthest outdoor throw in the shot put this season.  Steen was the top non-NCAA Division I placewinner in the field.

Next weekend the Blugolds travel to UW-La Crosse where they will compete in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Outdoor Track and Field Championships running May 1-2.
