ST. PAUL, Minn. (Blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire track and field teams competed at the University of St. Thomas Showcase on Friday, with six women and four men winning events for the Blugolds.

Morgan Marek (Sr. – Muskego, WI) – 1st place, mile (5:03.32) *currently ranked #14 in the nation
Lexi Lefever (Fr. - Hudson, WI) – 1st place, 200m (26.31)
Samantha Slattery (Jr. – Waunakee, WI) – 1st place, 5K (17:49.79)
Allison Weiker (Fr. – Roseville, WI) – 1st place, pole vault (3.56m)
Erica Oawster (Sr. – Lino Lakes, MN/Centennial) – 1st place, shot put (14.32m) * currently ranked #2 in the nation
