Now we work to get ready for one more dual meet weekend and then it's conference. These kids have prepared themselves to race and swim fast and with a little rest they will surprise a few people."

The Blugolds will compete at St. Thomas on Friday, Jan. 25 and host UW-Whitewater on Saturday, Jan. 26.
