Wolter signs with SPHL's Mississippi RiverKings

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. (Blugolds.com) – Colton Wolter (Sr. – Fairbanks, AK) of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's hockey team will continue his playing career as he has signed with the Mississippi RiverKings of the Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL).

Wolter, who helped the Blugolds to a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) tournament championship earlier this month, signed an Amateur Try-Out Agreement (ATO) with the professional minor league squad. Wolter earned First Team All-WIAC honors and led the Blugolds with 22 points in his senior season.
