GREENSBORO, NC (Blugolds.com) – After the first round of the 2018 NCAA Division III Golf Championship, University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Ryan Isaacson (Sr. – Eau Claire, WI/Memorial) is tied for second place overall.

Playing at the Grandover Resort, Isaacson shot a 69 to finish the first round three-under-par. Emory's Matt Organisak also shot a 69 while Zach Evens of Guilford College leads the field with a 68.

Due to rain and lightning in the area during the afternoon, the remainder of the first round was suspended but will resume Wednesday morning at 8 AM. The second round will begin at 11 AM with a shotgun start.
