Peter posted a top-six finish on the uneven bars as the Blugolds fell to UW-Stout on Senior Night 186.800-182.625. Peter earned a score of 9.400 on the uneven bars to place sixth overall and third among all Blugold competitors in the event.
Men’s Tennis
Michael Mauthe, Sophomore, Neenah, WI
Mauthe went 6-0 in singles and doubles play as the Blugolds lost just two matches in three dual meets this past weekend. On March 6 against Loras College (IA) Mauthe defeated Neil Kane at No. 4 singles 6-0, 6-2 while teaming up with Jordan Stevens to defeat Paul Mniszewski and Jack O’Brien at No. 3 doubles 8-0. The following day against host University of Dubuque (IA) Mauthe defeated Ranfer Hernandez at No. 4 singles 6-3, 6-1 while teaming with Stevens to defeat Zebulon Hill and Nikolay Gospodinov at No. 3 doubles 8-1. Mauthe ended the weekend defeating Mitch Kasprzyk at No. 4 singles 6-0, 6-1 while helping to defeat the team of Kasprzyk and Ethan Perushek 8-0 at No. 3 doubles. In three dual meets Mauthe won all three singles matches in straight sets losing just seven games while winning all three doubles matches by a combined score of 24-1.
