EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Blugolds.com) - The UW-Eau Claire women's hockey team was the lone team in action today, hosting the University of St. Thomas (Minn.) at Hobbs Ice Center tonight.

The Blugolds got the first goal in tonight's game, late in the first period on a power-play. But the Tommies scored three unanswered to capture the win. St. Thomas outshot Eau Claire 40-26 and Paige Turner stopped 37 shots as she played the entire game in-goal for the Blugolds.
