EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Blugolds.com) - The UW-Eau Claire women's basketball team was the only team in action today, taking on the University of Minnesota-Morris in Zorn Arena.
The Blugolds ended a five-game losing streak by defeating the University of Minnesota-Morris 72-53. Abby Midtlien led the game in scoring with 24 points, a career-high. Courtney Lewis was close to a triple-double as she scored 16 points while pulling down seven rebounds and accumulating nine assists.
