EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Blugolds.com) - The UW-Eau Claire women's volleyball and soccer teams were in action today, both on the road.
Women's Volleyball
UW-Eau Claire 3, UW-Stout 0 (27-25, 25-17, 25-20)
The women's volleyball team defeated UW-Stout 3-0 in Johnson Fieldhouse tonight, the 18th straight match the Blugolds won over UW-Stout since 2005. Kelly Schuh led the match in kills with 13 as she hit .400.
Women's Soccer
Luther College (Iowa) 1, UW-Eau Claire 0
For the second straight game, and the third time this
season, the women's soccer team fell 1-0, this time at the hands of
Luther (Iowa) in a non-conference matchup. Luther
(8-5-0) got a goal in the 55th minute
and hung on for the win.
