MADISON, Wis. – Offensive lineman Isiah Cage (Sr.-Chicago, IL/Percy L. Julian) and linebacker Kaeleb Stangler (So.-Rochester, MN/John Marshall) of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire football team were selected to the 2015 All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Football Team, as announced on Wednesday.
Cage anchored the Blugold offensive line that averaged 309.6 yards of total offense. The senior was recognized by the conference for the third straight season. In both 2013 and 2014 Cage received Second Team All-WIAC honors.
Stangler lead UW-Eau Claire with 62 tackles on the season including 41 solo tackles. The sophomore also recorded an interception for 10 yards.
Freshmen quarterback JT Denhartog (Fr.–Hopkins, MN) was also named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.
