FRIDAY NIGHT
The Blugolds have played 59 games on Friday in school history but have not competed in one since 1965. Prior to 1946, Friday games were fairly standard but since then, the Blugolds have only played seven games on a Friday. Eau Claire has only faced Whitewater once on a Friday, Nov. 7, 1924, a 6-3 loss in Eau Claire.
LAST SEASON
In a game that featured just two touchdowns with five field goals, the Warhawks got past the Blugolds 19-10. Whitewater recorded two field goals in the first half while Eau Claire had one. Each team also had a touhdown in the opening half and Whitewater led 13-10 at halftime. In the second half, the Warhawks added two more field goals while holding the Blugolds scoreless. More Info
